From Grace Hey kids,
Here’s an article in the New York Times on morality and towards the end the author discusses fundamental moral differences between liberals and conservatives. Check it out, it’s really interesting.

My candidate for the group project is Fred Thompson and I found these articles about him really quite interesting in the way of media coverage of his campaign. Each of the articles on this site portray him in generally a negative light, whether it be his debate appearance or lack of political activism in recent years. They point out that the political scene has changed since 1995 when he was last in active campaign. I agree that he will have to adjust his style of campaigning from a down south country boy to a more respectable national leader with legitimate views and stands on issues. Following the unpopularity of George Bush, Thompson will no longer be able to rely on the appeal of a Southern boy campaigning from the back of a red pick-up truck. I am interested in seeing how he chooses to carry-out a modern plan of campaigning while dealing with his dominating competitors like Giuliani.
